I don't often share stuff like this. Mainly because I don't usually have time write it down! Secondly because who really wants to read this? Ha!
Stuff like this pops in to my head and leaves just as quickly. I recorded this one on my phone a few weeks back during a time in our life when a lot of changes were happening. I am still learning. Slow learner here.
