I have this overwhelming desire to be organized! Homeschooling my children has increased this desire and every now and again I think I can cut corners. Of course, after awhile of trying to use another planner I always find myself coming back to the one I created. I created it out of desperation and now I love it because of it’s efficiency for me! It’s nothing really fancy. Doesn’t have a ton of forms in it. It focuses on yearly goals, attendance sheets, curriculum lists, breaking down daily lessons, meal planning, recap journaling, etc. I get it spiral bound and laminated at a local office supply store and try to use coupons or reward bonuses.
I so need to stay on top of things in my world of daily chaos and this planner really helps me do that. Now I wish I could say that I am excellent at keeping records in it, but even with a cool tool like this I tend to get negligent with my records. SIGH! Someday, right?
What do you use to keep track of your homeschool day? Would something like this help you?
UPDATE: I've gone and done it! You can now own my Homeschool Lesson Planner TOO! Find out more on my Homeschool Lesson Planner page!
Take care!

I love your organization. I use a homeschooling binder that I created as well. A necessity to stay organized. Visiting from the hop.
Wow! Looks like a functional planner! I ALWAYS have problems finding a planner that works for me, so I'm using a simple CALENDAR with both a month-at-a-glace (for field trips, attendence and activities) and week-at-a-glance (for individual planning).
